Our Ingredients
All our meals are planned and approved by a dietician with a degree in Nutrition and Food Science from the University of Alberta. Fortunately, living here in the Okanagan good fresh healthy food is readily available. We take great care to use local and organic, quality ingredients in our meals. We use fresh ingredients and make everything from scratch. We do not add any artificial sweeteners, colouring, preservatives or flavouring. We freeze our food as it is the most natural way to preserve them and retain as many nutrients as possible.
Quality and Accreditations
We are hands-on when it comes to producing our meals and taste-test every single batch we cook. We cook our meals in small batches to ensure consistent quality with a home-cooked taste. Our meals are not mass-produced. We prepare, cook, and fill each cube by hand.
Cooking for little tummies is a challenging and fun task. Our systems and processes ensure safety and consistent quality. We are food-safe certified and are based out of a commercially approved kitchen. We strive to always produce top-quality meals.
